- Gain a better understanding of credit card regulations
- Become familiar with Consumer Leasing Act concepts, terminology and requirements
- Explore the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Regulation O and the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act
- Examine basic Fair Lending Act concepts, including the laws and acts that comprise Fair Lending, and related penalties for noncompliance
