CTS can create various course structures all designed to meet your institution's training needs. These course structures include: - Assessments - tests that can be used to measure pre-training knowledge or to measure the effectiveness of other forms of training, such as classroom, mentoring, self-study, or on-the-job training
- Micro courses - approximately 15 minutes in length, used to communicate short topics such as new product releases, training issues, announcements, or industry news bytes
- Compact courses - approximately 30 minutes in length, used to communicate course overviews, industry summaries, or relevant topics
- Standard length courses - approximately 60-90 minutes in length, created to reflect your institution's policies and procedures, product types and names, or corporate perspective.

| When you license CAT, your activation will include a CAT How To Guide - which covers the basics of creating a new course and modifying a course. After you have completed your MARS training, the CAT product expert will contact you to schedule a hands-on training session. The session will allow you to become familiar with using CAT, under the guidance of the CAT expert. Training sessions are tailored to your institution's needs. |

| Can I edit a pre- or post-test question, while the course is in use? | Top |
| BankersEdge advises that you refrain from making major edits or a change to course parameters while a course is in use. If the edits or changes involve a pre- or post-test question, any employee with an in-progress test may not be able to complete the test. If an employee is unable to proceed in the test, please contact support@bankersedge.com to have the employee's test reset (the employee will be required to retake the test). Please contact support@bankersedge.com for best practices on editing a live course. |

| MARS is the Management Administrative Reporting System for the BankersEdge online training products available through the internet. |

| Basic MARS houses your employee records, which provides their access to the system and assigns their curriculum. In addition, full MARS allows you to monitor your employees' progress through various report options and permanently stores those records to clear their status from cycle to cycle. There are optional features such as sync which electronically update your employee records and email to communicate completion status based on course or curriculum. |

| For internet platform users, an institution-specific URL with login information is created and communicated to the main system administrator. Upon logging in, the option to enter the MARS database is reflected at the top of the course menu screen. |

| Anyone who has an assigned security level in the system as Administrator, Manager, Branch Manager, Region Manager, or Branch Administrator can access MARS. |
